Cancellation and no-show
For the transfer service, to avoid 100% penalties, the user must inform the operations manager of the cancellation with no less than 24 hours in advance for service beginning in the province of Venice (Italy). From all other locations, the cancellation involves:
- Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if canceled 2 days or less before the event;
- Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if canceled 5 days or less before the event
For the private day tour, to avoid penalties, the user must inform the operations manager of the cancellation with no less than 10 days in advance from the date booked.
- Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if canceled 3 days or less before the event;
- Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if canceled 10 days or less before the event

Considering the waiting times at the airports, Pantarei Chauffeur service guarantees 60 minutes free wait from the scheduled arrival time of your flight. In any other situation, the free waiting time will be 15 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. Based on the information provided in the booking, if Pantarei Chauffeur service is unable to contact you, the service will be deemed canceled as a no-show and the full amount will be charged.
Rules for booking changes
Pantarei Chauffeur service requires that booking changes should be received by telephone or e-mail up to two hours before the start time of the transfer service. Terms and conditions of payment by credit card

All signatures and information must match before the card is accepted as payment. The user can not leave the vehicle without first signing the authorization to debit the credit card. All transactions are securely managed and encrypted by a certified server to ensure the user maximum confidentiality.

Pantarei Chauffeur service uses, at his discretion, other partners to provide diversified transport services to fulfill the various requests of the user.
Services at disposal
For car hire services with professional drivers, with the exception of transfer services, we require a minimum period of 3 hours as hour disposals.
Objects lost or damaged
Pantarei Chauffeur service and its partners are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in vehicles. We are committed to identifying the property of the object left in one of our vehicles. Pantarei Chauffeur service reserves the right to charge an amount for delivery of the object found. Exclusion of liability due to force majeure
Pantarei Chauffeur service and its partners are not responsible for any canceled programs, flights lost or changes due to circumstances beyond our control. Of the circumstances due to force majeure, extraordinary and unpredictable events such as earthquakes, hurricanes, wars, rebellions; or even road closures, accidents and flight delays due to adverse weather conditions.
User behavior during the vehicle rental service with professional driver
Onboard of vehicles used for public transport services with drivers, it is forbidden to:
– smoke in the vehicle;
– throw objects from both stationary and moving vehicles;
– stain, to dirty or to damage the vehicle;
– claim the transportation of pets without having agreed with Pantarei Chauffeur service all the necessary measures to avoid damage and on respect of the Italian law;
– claim service in violation of the safety and behavior rules provided by the current Italian Highway Code.
Vehicle hire with professional Driver
All services of Pantarei Chauffeur service are carried out by staff and vehicles entitled to this profession. The vehicles are equipped and have the qualifications and the documents requested. Per law, these documents must be kept in the vehicle, at disposal when requested, for verification by the Police officer.
